I am a real estate analyst, a professor, and a technologist - my books are about one of these three subjects. I am very pro consumer - I do my best to save consumers money, educate them on the market, and help them achieve their life goals. One of my passions is turning dreams - leaving corporate America behind and starting your own business or teaching on the side - into reality. I have written Commissions at Risk (real estate), Finding Foreclosures (telling consumers how to find and buy foreclosures with insiders information), Make Money Teaching Online (how to make teaching online a part time or full time job), and Real Estate v2.0 - using blogs and web version 2 in real estate. I have a book being released in 2008 on how to become your own landlord - The Accidental Landlord - through Penguin Books. 

My books are always designed to help the professional, the learner, the educator - become more aware, and understand the inside guide to success. It is my passion to help people achieve their goals.
